At Brutal Rust, we hold the quality of our products to the highest standards. We make all of our products in house. It is crucial to understand not only how to use the different products but also how to store them for later use.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most items are built to order. For larger items, shipping time will likely be 6 to 8 weeks or more from order placement. Some smaller items may be in stock and, if so, we try to ship within 48-hours of order placement; however; during peak seasons, shipments are filled in the order received and can take longer to ship, if your order is time critical please contact Brutal Rust for availability and exact shipping times before placing it. We will always try to work with you to hit your deadline, if possible.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Brutal Rust is not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be approved by Brutal Rust to receive any credit of deposit. All products are custom made per buyer’s order. Brutal Rust reserves the right to issue company credit for any cancelled order.
